PART 2: Structural Design Services

 

1. Main Building Structural Designs:

   1. Column layout & details

   2. Grade Beam layout & details

   3. Foundation layout & details

   4. Reinforcement details of floor slabs, stairs, beams, columns, floor drainage as per architectural & mechanical requirements.

2. Supporting Structural Designs:

   1. Guard room

   2. Boundary wall

   3. Underground water tank

   4. Septic Tank

 

PART 3: Electrical & Plumbing Design Services

 

1. All floor electrical & conduit layout plan with cables notation for supply switch, light, fan as per architectural & mechanical requirement.

2. All floor toilet fixture layout, pipping system location layout, drainage system layout as per architectural & mechanical requirement.

 

PART 4: Site Supervision during construction period.

 

The CONSULTANT will visit the site during construction period 2 times in a month.
